"Worst customer service. Clearly outsourced with no training. Text alerts and emails are all one-way DoNotReply. What kind of shipping company can only communicate with their drivers via text and email, and not by radio or cell phone? How does a driver see and respond to texts while driving? Is this what you want your drivers to do? Delivery date changed without my authorization, after the desired date was confirmed. Several calls to the call center days before scheduled delivery date were unsuccessful. Delivery attempt was made anyway. Can't believe Amazon contracts these clowns."

"This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I have still not received my delivery after calling in multiple times a day and being told that 'someone from the resolutions team has requested for it to be delivered tomorrow'. The resolutions team resolves nothing and even the email they keep adding on to these reviews is useless. Twice the delivery driver has lied and said they attempted a delivery, and then when it goes back to the facility after a failed 'attempt' they take another 24 hours before you can even schedule again. My original delivery window was 11am-2pm, then they changed it without my consent to 2pm-5pm, and still did not deliver. I had to follow up multiple times on my own and only at 8pm was I given a random call saying 'driver has been pulled off the road we are not delivering'. Upon rescheduling, I again had no communication for the entire day until the tracking link updated to say they were no longer delivering. I have wasted countless hours on the phone with customer service who just keeps transferring me from one person to another, and I have no confidence that my item will ever be delivered. If you see that your item is being delivered with RXO, you should just cancel the order because it is not coming anyway."

"Horrible horrible delivery service. I still have not received my delivery. I've scheduled two separate days in which the driver calls me and tells me he can't make it. Customer service has not been able to do anything for me and has even mentioned they can't get in touch with the driver. No straight answers, but two delivery days in which trucks had "mechanical problems". If you order from Casper, be aware that they use RXO to ship their product"

"Update: The Customer Care reached out to me and worked towards getting the item delivered on time and the delivery was processed smoothly. I would give 0 stars or even negative if I could, I had an order scheduled for last Thursday (11/30). NO COMMUNICATION took a day off and waited the whole day called them at 8 PM, and they said "Samsung sent us the item late, so we have to reschedule" We reschduled for next week 12/07, and now I called to ensure the delivery and it is showing no delivery date and to reschedule to another date a week late, even after I MADE SURE with a customer service agent. Wasted two days of vacation for nothing. Samsung needs to do better and find another. Spent so much money just to be faced with this."

"All reviews are correct. Ordered directly from Samsung thinking best to buy from manufacturer. Gave window from 330pm-730pm on delivery date. Get a call at 740pm saying "sorry, truck is being towed and will only be able to reschedule in 3 days, feel free to call us later. Absolutely zero consideration for your customers. Needing to ensure they're home for accepting a delivery, and crickets on the day of. If you see RXO as transportation vendor, don't bother."
