"I love Zaxby’s. This one sucks. Chicken Fingerz were all rubbery and difficult to bite through. Southwest Salad was made incorrectly (only one ingredient that it was supposed to have) . . . twice. Floor was so greasy that we could have had a curling match in the dining room. I’m surprised I managed to not bust my butt on the way to and from the bathroom. We were there at prime lunchtime and everything was . . . wet; the floors, the tables, the booths, the restroom. Like they just had a flood. Maybe that’s why the dining room was empty. Service was decent and friendly. Maybe it was an off day, but I’d avoid this location."

"Ordered 2 traditional wings meals with lemonade and the wings were so hard and dry. I caught hell eating trying to eat them. I will be by in the am to speak to a manager and a refund. Went today (12/14/23), didn't get the managers name but she was so sweet and soft spoken I almost felt bad for complaining. But she did refund me for the order."

"Updating my review from 1 to 3 stars since the manager just reached out to me (after I complained on Zaxby's website), which I appreciate. The original review is below: I put in an online, showed up on time, only to find a massive line in the store and nothing in the online pickup rack. Waited for nearly 30 minutes, being completely ignored by the staff. Finally stopped trying to get attention and just leaned over the counter and yelled if anyone had seen my food. At that point the person at the counter found a bag in the corner that was apparently mine. Never said a word, just handed it to me. It was missing all the sauces, and one of the cups had a crack in it and actively leaked. When I went back to get the cup fixed and the sauces I again had to just lean over the counter, with my dripping cup, to get any service. Again it was totally silent. Also the drink machine was out of just about everything. I also pointed that out and was again met with silence."
