"This is the tiniest sandwich I’ve ever gotten at a Subway. Slow service, the person making my sandwich, mashed the bread down, mashed all the veggies, just mashed them all them up in his fist. Very strange. Bread was stale. Just skip it."

"2nd time in a row my online order was super late. I arrived 5 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready & I still had to wait 30 minutes to get my subs. And on top of that they gave me the wrong sub! Do NOT go here if you are pressed for time and you like good customer service."

"Horrible experience. There were 2 people working and I was the only one standing in line, waiting for the rest of my family to join me (in the restroom). No other customers were in the restaurant. The first female staff asked if I wanted to order and I said I was waiting on my family and was still deciding. After the rest of my family joined me, I told staff that we were ready. The second female staff stared at us and did not respond. The first female staff cleaned off the counter. We waited patiently and more customers lined up behind us. Neither responded. After waiting longer, I said once more that we were ready to order. Both staff ignored us and didn’t respond. I stared at my husband in disbelief. No acknowledgment, no eye contact, no customer service. Unbelievable. We left immediately,"

"If I could do less 1 star, then I would. This is THE 2nd TIME I've been to this restaurant & there's no customer service worth cussing for!!! The gentleman had to "find knives"..... IT WAS 542PM!!!! People started lining up & he never greeted them!!! Food was not prepped on line & the atmosphere was less than sub par. I definitelyam placing video of experience on my vlog!!!!"
