"This place should be SHUT DOWN! I called at 3:15 for my father to be picked up from his doctors appointment. They told me it would be an hour wait. Then called again... and again... and again... it took them over 5 hours to finally pick up my disabled father. Then when the driver finally got there, he was incredibly rude and nasty. He picked up two other people AFTER us and dropped them off BEFORE us. Then he refused to carry my father up the steps even though he knew this was part of the job. That was the reason we hired this disgusting company. STAY AWAY from this company! Shame on them! 0 stars if I could!"

"My mother In law is a stroke patient and her and I were waiting for her 10am pick up. Driver didnt show until 11am ( mind you her PT appointment was at 11am) I called them about it and was hung up on. Once the driver came I explained I needed help rolling her wheelchair down the 2 front stairs. He yelled and told me its not hia job. He drove off while yelling "Call the insurance company." My MIL cried so hard it took a while to console her. She looks forward to having her therapy so she can get back to normal. I am beyond hurt by seeing how rude, disgusting, and how a man can be so disregarding to an elderly stroke patient. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I truly believe this company should not be in business if they treat people this way. Will never again use this company again."

"The Absolute Worst Transportation Company - The dispatcher who worked on 3/3/18 was the rudest person - Never use them if you are a looking for a transportation vendor who is values service and competency. Had a patient waiting for over 10 hours in the Emergency Room waiting for transport - dispatch reported delays 11:00am, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 4;30. now 6:00pm. Please somebody open another transportation company and give them competition - its a monopoly with horrible service. The WORST"

"This is the worst company ever! My brother was taken by galaxy transportation on a Thursday evening after waiting for hours to rehab. A cardiac patient and the driver picked up another patient and we were only 15 minutes from the hospital but the driver took the other patient first to Queens. He speeded, and we felt like we were held against our will. My brother threw up in the amulet tell but the driver never stopped to see if he was okay. After over 2 hours inside, when we finally got to the rehab center, my brother couldn't walk, was shaking and he passed away the next morning. This driver was despicable and should NEVER drive again. The company is horrible because they didn't care that my brother was in such a delicate condition. I will file a complaint with the better business Bureau. I will do whatever it takes to see that this never happens to anyone else"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE had my mother and her patient waiting in the ER for over 6 hours to be picked up by two men and only send ONE guy to pick up a diabetic patient with a swolle knee! After they came to pick her only one men showed up and we had to wait almost another hour for the second guy to show up & he never did! Dispatch are so disrespectful telling me that the service is FREE! No insurance pays for your salary! I will take this up with the corporate office."
