"I'm leaving this review specifically for Shannon D. She serviced me at the Dorman Center location, and I can't brag enough how great her hospitality was. I had a hell of a time at Greenville on Pelham Rd. So I came to this one..well, the one on Dorman. She was alone, and took almost every single customer. She acknowledged every single customer. She was very attentive to every person that was in the shop and the ones who came in. She stayed past closed to finish my coloring and take another girl for a cut. I'd rather wait hours for her than someone who doesn't acknowledge me or know how to service customers. She deserves to be recognized!!! Thank you Shannon! The hair came out beautiful :)"

"Caroline was rude checking me in, I did not receive the service I booked and what I booked online isn’t what they had in the computer, so I asked to be trimmed and to be styled so I wouldn’t have to go back home before dinner and they only dried my hair (I didn’t see a straightener or curling iron in the place). I know this is mostly for guys but if you offer a service you should have the materials. I only wanted a trim and to be straighten not hard. The shampoo and conditioner smelled very manly and made my hair feel like straw. Caroline was telling a new stylist how she did a barber shop style technique on a kid and that technique was for 45 minute cuts and that’s not what they did there (the girl was almost in tears but the kids cut looked great)! I’m new to the area and my work schedule hadn’t left me time to look for a salon yet and needed my split ends done but wish I had waited. If you are not a guy I do not recommend. Ashley was my stylist and she did listen to me as far as how much to trim and was really nice."
