"I love the customer service and attention to detail each time I visit the salon. Each stylist is friendly and welcoming. They use quality products and I always leave with my hair looking fabulous. Couldn’t ask for a better salon environment and atmosphere."
"I wrote a review previously that was incorrect. I go to different hair salons all the time and it’s always a different process. For this specific hair salon they take their cliental seriously and work on individual heads as they come. Yes I did have to wait almost 2 hours to be seen and yes it was an inconvenience to me but that is my fault for not preparing my self for a wait. Normally for Dominican salons they are a bit faster which I expected. I should’ve never gave this place 1 star. 4 stars for what they do & it’s not 5 starts only because of the wait time. I do recommend more workers if they have a lot of cliental. If you are a single mother like me we can’t prepare for 3-4 hours of our day. But overall hair came out good. Thank you"
"We moved to the area a few months ago and I was looking for a Dominican salon to go to with my daughter. We walked in and got haircuts that were reasonably priced. They also accommodated my daughter who was very hesitant since she’d only ever had one haircut before and wasn’t too thrilled. I’m so excited to have found a Dominican salon to go to regularly!"
"I can't believe I paid $55. I almost cried. This is my first haircut in the US and one of the worst experiences of my life. About a year ago, I lost about a third of my hair due to stress, war, and loss. I patiently waited for the fallen hair to regrow so that I could get a haircut. I have damaged wavy slavic hair. When the lady washed my hair, she vigorously rubbed my hair, which is not how you handle my type of hair. She left some soap on my neck. After shampooing, she applied some product (hopefully moisturizing) and immediately rinsed it off without even waiting a minute. She didn't apply any aftercare or heat protection! No moisture or protection ! During the drying process, she burned my scalp twice and painfully tugged on my hair at least three times, without even attempting to untangle them gently. I have never experienced such rough treatment of my hair in a salon before. And then she took an iron (she was standing behind me, and I didn't notice) and ran it through the unprotected damaged hair. I smelled something BURNING and stopped her! The last time I got a haircut in Armenia for $5, and it was incomparably better."
