"If you’re looking to get your hair professionally done for a wedding or prom, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I went with a wedding party to get my hair put in a french braid on the top and back of my head & a side fishtail braid. I showed her the picture beforehand, and she failed to mention that she doesn’t know how to do a fishtail braid. About halfway through my hair, she did two super loose french braids on the top and back of my head, and then I was told I need to do the fishtail braid myself. I was expected to pay the full $60 before I complained that I needed to do my own braid. They bumped down the price to $40. I still had to pay over half for doing my own hair. To top it all off, she took a picture of it. She can’t take credit for it when I was the one who did the fishtail braid. I am very unimpressed and will not be returning."
