"If zero stars was an option, they would get that from me. MJS is an absolute joke. They provide no service and simple sit around to collect the checks of homeowners who are scammed into their "property management" scheme. Yes the quotations are there for a reason. There is a void of property management with any community they "manage". If you call, they don't answer. Don't even think about leaving a message for a call back, they won't do that either. Maybe I can send an email for some property management help? Ha, don't even think about that! In the event they slip up and do communicate back to you, it's only to explain to you why your question or concern is invalid and they aren't going to be taking any action. The entire business model for MJS is to collect money, and ignore the needs of their "managed" communities. If you can avoid a community "managed" by MJS, I highly recommend that. Every one of their employees are worthless and will do nothing to service the needs or your community."
