Told me I didn't get to the point fast enough and said she didn't have time to sit on the phone and answer questions and then hung up on me. She then hung up on my wife when she tried to get her name. I believe its Carla. Obviously this has been going on for years and the owner doesn't seem to care. I'm calling bbb after I try to reach the owner."

"Whoever answered the phone at this store 6.20.22 @12 should not be allowed to answer phones. I was trying to get general information and asking questions and she told me she was not going to continue with this phone call that I just need to come up there to figure out my problem she did not answer any of my questions and was very rude when I told her I was just asking questions she repeated again she was not continuing this conversation and hung up the phone. This is not how customer service is supposed to be and I understand people have bad days but you shouldn't get mad at a customer for asking a question and then hang up the phone"

"I have done business with Leslie Pools in the past but my most recent experience has been extremely frustrating and ongoing for over a month. I purchased a Leaf Demon online to have delivered to the Two notch store. Order was delayed and I found that they had a similar product in the store. I purchased and asked to cancel my online order. Was told that I had to wait until it was delivered to the store and was then told to call the 1-800 customer service #. I'm then told that because it is a battery operated item it is non refundable. That would make total sense if I had actually taken the product out of the store. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I am beyond irritated. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF YOUR DEALINGS WITH THIS BUSINESS!"
