"I went to Navi’s last Saturday 8/12 for the first time ever and I’ll never go back. Although the sign on their door says they open at 9 am, no one showed up until about 10:30 am or so. THEN, once I’m there a man starts washing my hair and putting rollers in it, but he said that someone else was coming to do hair and either he lied or the person just didn’t come, but he ended up doing my hair and it hurt SO bad!!! I am 31 and have been going to Dominican salons since I was about 4, so I know what it’s supposed to feel like. He was holding the blow dryer DIRECTLY on my scalp as he was straightening it from the rollers and again it really hurt. l will say that it turned out good, but he was not the person I came there for and he was very rough in his blowout technique. He also charged me $80 for a blowout. I have had blowouts all over the country, Miami, NYC, Washington DC and I have NEVER paid $80 for a blowout. Nunca regresaré."

I went in for my appointment and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Everyone so nice. My stylist (Tina) greeted me by my name and educated me on my hair texture and what the best remedy was for my hair type. My hair turned out great and has been very manageable. I cannot wait for my next appointment. Tina and Navi great people, great experience, awesome service!"
