"DONT GO HERE! Beware very ghetto workers and don’t care about the QUALITY of your food! This is my second time coming here, they constantly give out old and dried up chicken nuggets, I told them I want fresh nuggets and fries. I was in the drive thru, the lady told me to pull up and she told the other guy to drop the fries. I waited 10 mins, the food isn’t fresh, they tend to have me some old dried up chicken once again. When the nuggets are fresh the grease will be coming out of them and the fries was hard and stale. Like what the hell was I waiting for?? Paid $15 , food way to high to be buying old food that been sitting up all day! I just go to the other KFC on Peach Orchard… food fresh and hot!"

"We pulled up to drive thru...DURING BUSINESS HOURS. As soon as we pull up to order, we are met with the cashier screaming at the the top of her lungs, "WE AINT GOT NO CHICKEN AND NO (something inaudible)...so I say excuse me? ...She yells even louder (not sure how that was even possible), "WE AINT GOT NO CHICKEN AND WE AINT GOT NO (inaudible). I was completely flabbergasted. So I ask, do you have any pot pies....she screams, "NAW I JUST SOLD THE LAST TWO....ANYTHING ELSE????" Then laughter erupts from a group of people. I pull around and slowly pass by the window. Low and behold its a huddle of teens and adults looking at something on a phone! WHILE on the clock...WHILE "working". They didnt even notice me sitting there......See, this is the result of mass hiring. You hire anyone, you get anyone. This used to be my absolute favorite location, but over the course of time, they have turned into just another fast food joint with inadequate, uncultured, and subpar employees. They are always out of SOMETHING (during business hrs) or the order is WRONG. Someone is ALWAYS on the phone, including the supervisor, lol. The eat and drink in your face and sometimes you can't even understand wth they are saying. Who is the general manager? The territory manager? Who is responsible for making sure their stores are CLEAN and staffed with decent individuals? I have spent a lot of money at this establishment. I pass by another location just to get to one. But never again. I might as well go to the one that's closer since they are now equivalent in service. Smh...just sad and disappointing."

"The entire staff should be fired and upper management should start fresh. You’d be surprise at how much sales will increase when you have employees with better attitudes. Definitely can tell children we’re hired."

"Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered 2 pot pies and they were burnt and not edible. Opened them up and both didn't have any chicken in them. Will Absolutely not return to this establishment."
