"I'm always greeted when I enter and folks there waiting are nice and polite. Never a long wait and with the online app it's even less of a wait . Everyone who works there has always been very friendly and eager to help even on the busy days I've always been very happy having stopped for a hair cut at this shop . I really like the prices and with an email you get coupons as well . Give it a try it's kid friendly too ."

"Used the app to get my place in line and it showed a 55 minute wait. When I checked-in it jumped to 63 minutes. With 15 minutes to go, the app prompted me to come to the store. I waited the 15 minutes and it said I was up. When I walked in there was approximately five girls working and when I was up there was only two. I sat and waited an additional 15 minutes after I was up and finally walked out the door. I can only surmise that the other three girls took a break at the same time. The cuts there aren't that great anyway, so with that I'll never return."
