"I received the worst haircut of my life here. Asked for a textured lob that would look good even without styling. I did not receive this. One side of my hair is manageable and looks okay but the other side looks so bad. One section on that side sticks out and refuses to be styled. Without proper styling, it's reminiscent of snoopy ears but I guess it's because I have coarse hair instead of fine. The only way for it to look acceptable is to straighten it. This is a tie with great clips as to the worst haircut I've ever received. I'm sorry, but this is a big no for me and I hate to say I can't wait for it to grow out"
