"I’m not one to leave a bad review… this was also my first time getting lash extensions and I can admit that i should have done more research on other salons, but Moda Vita had a good reputation in my mind. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in the quality of these lash extensions. From what i understand they should last about 2-3 weeks. I followed all post care instructions and did not get them wet for well over 48 hours, but in the first week my lashes thinned significantly. It is now about 10 days after application and they look ROUGH to say the least. I expected more after paying $200 plus tip. the lashes themselves are very cheap and plasticy. The lash tech was very sweet and I loved the way they initially turned out but i am very unimpressed with the quality after paying such a hefty price tag."

"I have not stopped crying my eyes out since I left the salon today at 4. I went in with the hair in the picture with the pink sweater and left with the monstrosity in the other photo. I asked the stylist to give me a “long bob” type cut that was one or two inches past my chin and brushed the top of my shoulders with framing layers in the front and a few long layers in the back. My hair does not even touch my chin now and there’s choppy layers halfway up my skull on every side. Two pieces of hair were cut right above my eyes. Nothing was blended. The stylist did the big chop right before washing my hair and behind my back so I couldn’t see. It wasn’t until she moved from the back of my head that I could see how much she cut and there was no going back. Not once did she speak to me during the entire thing or ask me if I like my hair. I was holding back tears as I went to check out. Then I paid $60 for this hack job. I can truly say this is the worst experience of my life and I have never had something done to me that has made me feel so ugly. She cut it so short I can’t even put it in a pony tail to hide it until it grows out enough to be salvageable. I’ve tried styling it a hundred different ways and it looks horrible every time. Please be careful if you get your hair done here."
