"I had the worst salon experience of my life here. I requested my blonde balayage be freshened up, and with more blonde added. It took four hours for this stylist to do my hair and I left with it wet because I could not stand to be there any longer. I got home and looked in the mirror and my hair is completely BROWN and the ends are FRIED!!! Turns out, she put the color for my roots all over my blonde ends and ruined it!!! I had to pay another stylist more money to try to strip the brown and fix my hair. It has never felt worse and I hate the color. It will take years for it to get back to what it was before Salon K touched it."
