Wendy's

"I've eaten salad there two weeks in a row. The first salad was grilled chicken with fruit and nuts. The cold "grilled" chicken was so old it had turned hardened. The lettuce was old. The apples were brown and rotten in parts. This week I chose the "taco" salad. The chili was excellent. The lettuce was old with black spots and the tomatoes were mushy. The salads here are NOT freshly made daily. I hope the one I ate some of today doesn't make me sick."

"I love this wendys but I ha e to be honest sometimes they have people running the windows that really don't have good customer service. They don't give off good energy at all. Also it's been maybe once or twice I've ate there and my burger has been thrown together, too much mayo or ketchup added and I've also noticed when they are rushing they throw everything together and that males the burger even more soggy because the pickle juice from so many pickles being added makes the bread soggy, the onions taste old nit crunchy at all. They have made great meals for me but my last 2 visits were not good and I spent about 25-30 on food for me and my family. I hope they get back to being one of my number one place to eat because right now idk.."

"I had chili which I have not been yo Wendy's in years. It was not as think as I remembered. The chicken wrap was very disappointed not only did I have to tear the warp all around cause it was hard but I opened it up as I was not happy after my first bite. Three tiny little pieces of chicken a dab of lettuce a tad of chop tomatoes n a touch of ranch dressing smacked in the middle. I went ahead and finished the wrap n chili cause I was really hungry and had waited enough. I won't be back for awhile at for sure I will try another location when I do decide or try Burger King Chicken wrap. My friend had chili and put plenty of crackers in it and a plain bake potato. I told her she made a great choice if I knew about the wrap I would of gotten awake potaotoe. Wendy's was one of my Dad's favorite place to eat. For one reason only chili that was not over loaded with chili powered or is the the chili beans that gives chili that strong taste. I paid for my friend and myself. I did love the pumpkin frosty though. I think that's what helped me become full for awhile lol. I don't eat out much because I can eat better tasting food I cooked far less cost then going out. A friend of mine and I try an go out twice a month, but lately we decide to go maybe once every two months"

"I was a shift lead at Wendy's years ago. I have been a store manager and a district manager for a local restaurant. I say all that to say this, I came though the drive through today and got a #6. This was the freshest best spicy chicken I think I have ever had from Wendy's. The staff was super nice and fast too. Great job"

"This is what the restaurant looked like in the morning (see photos). The only thing positive I can say about the restaurant this day is that the restroom was CLEANER than the dining room! The staff at night, especially the younger ones, do not wear gloves when handling your food or food containers. I saw one guy come from cleaning the bathroom go directly to the fries and began scooping them into containers for customers. Floor not mopped or swept, tables not cleaned, trash everywhere I turned. There's one photo from BEHIND the counter. Let's not even go there... They need to hire people who actually WORK. It's only on the night shift. During the day, for the most part, at least the dining room is satisfactory. Go see for yourself...or NOT!"
