"Came here for breakfast, while waiting for my car at Firestone. Store is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Food and coffee is hot. I miss great customer service, and I got it here. Thank you!"

"Tried to give this location another chance considering it was just remodeled. Place is brand new but it already completely trashed on the inside. This location is worse now than before the remodel. They didn't have any drinks nor did they have most of items on the menu. The workers were extreamly rude and unprofessional. This will be the last time I will ever spend money at Wendy's."

"Since there are no zeros I must give one star. Just overall a nasty and rude store.. The food you see is from two different locations. The two that are burnt, nasty, and inedible are from wrightsboro rd. Both were suppose to be remakes after we went thru a second time to correct the very obviously burnt bacon. The staff was (verbally) very combative to the remake, and stated they "didn't want to remake it", and then further stated "the bacon is just like that", (no. Its not) all the while talking smack, and eventually shutting the drive thru window in our faces. The fries in the middle are from the Wendy's on peach orchard where excellence is all they serve. Obviously their bacon is cooked to standard, fresh, and edible. All wrightsboro rd did was throw more cheese on top of the original order and hand it back. You can visibly see the two layers on the entree. Just unacceptable. You work hard for your money folks. You deserve quality food. Don't eat there. Theres no telling what they do to your food."

"I stopped at Wendy's mainly to try their new chicken parm sandwich. The bun was dried out, and tasted like it was old. The mozzarella sandwich meat also tasted like it was really old. I hope I don't get sick from it. Not crispy french fries. They're about as crispy as a bowl of spaghetti. They were kind of limp and tasted nasty. I could not even finish one order. And the place is pretty dirty. All together a disappointing experience. On top of that, the manager was arguing with a former assistant manager. Apparently he had fired him because the manager went home when his shift was over. Even though his relief didn't come in. But they argued this out at the counter right in front of all the customers. Took a good five or six minutes. That is just plain unprofessional."

"I have never been in such a filthy restaurant! It was a little before noon so it wasn’t because they had been too busy to wipe tables or the area around the tea containers. Every table was dirty and I’m not sure what was going on with the floor! Disgusting!"
