"Aside from the fact that my order was not completely correct, the level of awareness and customer service is concerning. When I walked in, there were three employees working, but no one bothered to look up or acknowledge I was there. That could be a safety concern for them had I been someone coming in with ill intent. One employee finally looked at my way, but proceeded to get her drive thru order together and never said a word to me. A simple "hello" or "we'll be with you in a minute" costs nothing. It's courtesy and it lets the other employees know someone is in the store."

"The 2 women who worked tonights shift were very unprofessional and disrespectful, speaking through there head sets about me because I came back to explain that my food was not fresh. Unfortunately for them I definitely will not be back to eat there. Horrible customer service. They don’t know who a person could be, Please do better‼️"

"The cashier Devita H, had a terrible attitude. I asked her if my fry I ordered was a large bc it’s in a medium fry cup. And she looks at me with a very rude face and says “yes it’s a large” w a very rude tone. The fry box was half empty, so I asked her if she can fill it up a little bit more then, and she like “no ma’am I’m not.” Like what the heck is wrong with her? Is it really that big of a hassle to fill up my fries more? Every time I come to Taco Bell I leave feeling worse than I arrived. If you want your mood ruined, come to this Taco Bell."

"I've come through the drive through before and the service and food was adequate. I just walked over and the lobby is locked, even though it says it is open. An employee even saw me but didn't do anything. Maybe the only drive through is open?"
