"I've never been in a more unprofessional fast food restaurant. It took 20 minutes to get 2 simple ice cream sundaes. The employees are walking around with their hats turn sideways, shirts untucked and the men with their pants dropped almost below their behinds. The woman who seems to be the manager has looked at a couple but has said absolutely nothing to any of them."
"I throw a paper route in Aiken and every other night I love stopping by this McDonald's. Haven't been disappointed yet!!! Very nice customer service. I love all the workers I see every time I go.. ☺️keep up the wonderful work guys!!!"
"Waited 30 mins for food which isn’t a problem… but food was so cold I had to heat up in my microwave. Half the staff was playing around and on their phone. They left the driveway window wide open for 10 minutes while I sat there probably why my food was cold. The tea also tasted horrible. It is so disappointing, I have no problem waiting for food even though it’s considered “fast food” but spending money on cold food, I could have just grabbed food out of my fridge if that’s what I wanted."
