"Used to go here just about once a week, sometimes twice. Service was awesome. Last two visits have been way less than ideal. About 3-1/2 weeks ago, I went in was greeted by the guy manning the register. Was the only person in line. Guy turned around and started doing other stuff. I waited for about 5 minutes, no one said anything. I left. Yesterday, decided to try again. Walked in, no one in line, lady at the register gave a loud "welcome to Zaxby's". I stood at the register, she turned to get something and then a Zaxby';s employee on my side of the counter told the lady running the register she had to pay for her fried pickles/fries, not sure which. The lady behind the counter started taking her order, when I was waiting in line before her. That's customer service for you. I left, wont be back."

"They had an employee in the rain taking orders because the speaker is broke paid almost $40 for 3 meals got no seasoning on our fries no utensils to eat our chicken or coleslaw with my wife ate her coleslaw with a French fry"

"For you traditional Zaxbys, if you have been a zaxbys, it was very good. The service was nice. The service seemed a bit slow but I think they had a lot of phone and drive through orders. Best to use the app so you don’t have to wait."

"The service was excellent! I believe the drive thru speaker was broken, but they had an associate outside (shaded/covered) taking orders. It was a smooth transition through the line and my food was HOT and FRESH! I had no complaints. Everything was correct. Thanks everyone!"
