"They are VERY RUDE ! Doing more talking and having conversations than work everyone in the back laughing and joking around while I’m sitting around waiting for food to get back to my kids and feed em. It’s play time for the worker especially the big lady!"

"Unacceptable to get a simple order wrong all the time. I’ve been here many many times and they always mess up my order. I order a McChicken got a Big Mac. I order a spicy chicken deluxe got a regular spicy chicken. Who’s is charge? We rely on you guys to get the order right and it’s not fair to get home and you got something else."

"The African American gentleman who’s the GM is a complete jerk. My family of three went in for lunch and to let our child play. The young lady who took our order was very sweet but I went back up to get ketchup and no one came to ask what I needed help with and I noticed the ketchup sitting on the counter I was standing at so I grabbed like 6 packets and he then made a point to talk across to me telling me that I can’t get anything from off that counter that it was robbery. I tried to shrug it off at first but he kept going so I looked and said” it’s literally ketchup and I got 6 “ he didn’t want me to have the last word so he said” it is literally stealing “ so at the point i nicely told him to get over himself and walked away to eat my lunch. He has no business in customer service , must less as a leader position."

"Got a frappe and they gave me this. I didn’t take a sip just dumped it out. They already slammed the window shut in my face when I asked for ketchup, as I was asking for ketchup. I was speaking politely, being nice. Didn’t have an issue until after I left and saw this, sure why she slammed the thing shut as I was talking."
