"I love the bo biscuits but if the biscuits take 4 min to cook why it takes 10-15 min to get them? If closing time is at 10 why are y'all close at 9? The Tenders are the best hands down"

"Pull up through drive thru at 5:30am no one came to take order on speaker. I sat there almost 10 mins then pulled to windows didn't see anyone in kitchen part. There was someone sitting in seat area eating. Ridiculous!"

"How long does someone need to WAIT at the drive thru at 5:50 am to order, Store hours are at 5 AM. After sitting for 10 minutes, someone finally came out of the back door to inform me that the speaker does not work. She cannot hear me while I can’t hear a thing on my end said that I could come into the restaurant and order I don’t have that kind of time why have a drive-through where the equipment doesn’t work and you force your customers to do what they don’t want to do, there are plenty of other places to eat in this town. That was also no apology from the person."

"Good food. But out a lot of times. The atmosphere is kinda meh..... But it isn't bad either. Still the best place to get fried chicken.. if they have the pieces I want. Willing to change my rating after a few more visits. Edit: Really improved quality and service lately. Always kind. And really considerate of customers."

"We were on the way out of the state for a trip, and wanted to stop for some dinner. We ordered and ate inside, and the process was smooth. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant, except for the workers who were having a good time, which they deserve to have. I ordered the chicken supremes combo with two sides- mashed potatoes with gravy and macaroni and cheese. The chicken supremes were smaller than I remembered, but they were tasty. The sides tasted as expected, and they also tasted good. The sweet tea was not as sweet as usual, so I opted for water instead. The restaurant itself was clean. All in all, it was a good meal, and it was nice to sit down."
