"Nothing I love better Than watching two people stare at me as I park at the lobby entrance. Stare at me as I Walk to the lobby door. And laugh at me when I grab the door and notice it's locked....... The very same people that I have to pick my order up from..... 3 star food and 0 star people. Shame"

"As I read through all the bad reviews I wonder where are all the people that got great service? Seems our society today will complain but not compliment. I had the joy today to meet an awesome manager Ivore Inabinett, very respectful man with a great attitude. I had an issue with my order and he wasted no time fixing it himself and with a great attitude. He was very attentive with other employees as well. I want to thank the great team at Wendy's today and offer my advice to other customers, patience and understanding goes along way, just be kind."

"Pull up to order and lady taking our order can’t pay attention to what we are saying. Asked for sauce and they’re all out of dipping sauces. Asked for cheese sauce and she refused to sell cheese sauce to us since that’s the only sauce they have left. Waited 5 min to get to the window to pay and was told we would have to wait longer for the cheese sauce to warm up (for my husband’s baconator fries) Dude hands us our frosty and asks if we want a spoon.. bro what else am i going to eat my frosty with, my toes? Lol like what. Then get handed our receipt and the lady taking our order didn’t even put in the right order we asked for… Then we proceeded to wait 30 minutes for our order ."
