Wendy's 107 North Main Street, Mauldin, SC 29662

"One word - Confused. I tried to give Wendy's another chance today. *Reference previous review.* Pulled up to the drive thru to place an order on Sunday after church. The lady over the intercom said, "we are only taking orders in the lobby at this time." My husband and I both looked at each other confused. The drive thru is open, but they are asking us to come inside to place an order. As we are hearing the message, we are looking at two young men standing in front of the front door, I assume they were taking a smoke break. My husband and I left very disappointed because they young men that we could see, looked to be almost happy that we may not order anything at all. It is Wendy's, I get that. But the customers matter, or at least I used to think so."

"I went through the drive thru at 1:45pm Friday February 2nd. I ordered two large chilis and two Large half sweet/half unsweet teas. Once I got home, I noticed there was hardly any chill in my cups! See picture. Our teas were all sweet! I was not giving a receipt. The drive thru was very speedy and the young girl was very professional and was getting everyone in line in and out. Very disappointed in what I paid for."

"Was thrilled when I asked for no bread, no condiments they said no problems. Made me the best carnivore meal ever at a fast food establishment. The cashier's and cooks were very thoughtful and helpful. What a great place!"

"This place has gone downhill in 2023 and 2024. The staff on the drive through is mostly rude. They will lie to your face in drive through and say you have to come inside to place an order. And I literally saw the person in front of me order and get their food at the drive through window. And this is one of several times something like this has happened. Had another time where I came with my brother at 7 pm at drive through. Waited 30 minutes in a line and the drive through staff refused to get on the intercom to take orders( had my window down to listen for intercom). Like it should not be this hard to get “fast food”.Not sure how this place is still in business. Just shut it down at this point."

"I always go through the drive thru and always order the same thing. Baked potato with bacon, butter and sour cream, large chili , large hamburger patty and large Dr. Pepper. They always seam to leave something or things off of my order. No silverware, straw, butter, sour cream. So the last few times I have asked politely if they would check and make sure everything was in the bag. I have gotten a "rude" "everything is in there". When I get back to work to eat I am always missing something. Today it was butter, sour cream, spoon and straw. I called and asked to speak to a manager and she didn't seam to care either. I definitely would not recommend this kind of service to anyone. Upper management really needs to take a close look at this store. I'm very surprised it's still open with the attitude of the employees."
