"The food was good. The services were so awful and unprofessional. The lady we had earlier this morning was so unprofessional. On January the 1st 2k24. They were about to get busy, so we caught it before the New Year crowd came rushing in. Waited about five to 10 minutes before the waitresses came over to take our order. We ordered the all-star breakfast. I ordered an oj with my meal and never received the oj or my waffle at all. When I asked the waitresses about my ordered she caught a nasty attitude with me. She totally forgot about us and some more tables. We only got one cup of water she never came back to make sure everything was okay. I did receive my waffle, but she had someone else to bring us our check to pay it was time to go. Maybe she was exhausted, but there was still no reason for her to go back and make waffles and try to serve tables."

"Although the food was good and the young man who served me was great ( His name was KJ), the atmosphere was horrific!!! One of the staff( I think her name was Ms. Vette or perhaps Yvette) was extremely rude, obnoxious and totally unprofessional!! She apparently disagreed with KJ concerning whose dishes belonged to who. She literally shouted at him, told him to shut up and then called him a boy!!! I couldn’t believe it!! Talking about creating a hostile environment!! When I visit a place for a meal I like to be in a positive environment! She’s gonna do that to the wrong person one day!! Corporate needs to reprimand or remove her. I won’t be back! She’s gonna cause them to loose business. No one deserves to be mistreated and disrespected like that"

"I will NEVER go back in there again. It was empty so there should be NO REASON whatsoever to have burnt bacon. Mind you the guy who took my order clearly hears me saying my bacon was burnt didn't care. So even though I paid for peppers & onions I got 3 for what I could see. But the part that made me give 1 star which not deserved; the cook gets his cell phone from his back pants pocket. He is on his cell phone scratching his nose & his ear lobe NO GLOVES while he is cooking. I almost threw up left my food. I did not get to eat my food I just walked out. My husband paid for our meal & we just left. Mind you $30 dlrs for nothing. This is soooooo disgusting NEVER AGAIN."

"This experience was the worst I’ve ever happened dining at waffle house. Staas, the atmosphere, and the food was awesome. I’d rather go outside in the garbage and eat at this waffle house especially the waitress was very rude ignored me. Did not come to ask if I needed anything very very disrespectful. I felt like I was watching people that didn’t want to be there to work or cook. A simple meal was not done here I do not recommend."

"Our waitress was super nice and made us feel at home. The food was delicious and just what you need! My favorites where the biscuits and gravy, and the peanut butter morsels on the waffle. Thank you for being awesome!"
