"Came here for an Uber eats order @ 11 pm, an hour before close, and was waved off. Not told, but actually shooed away. There were three employees inside. This location regularly does this, I have been turned away multiple times."

"This was my first stop at this McDonald's and it was a great one! The food was prepared perfectly and piping hot! The staff were friendly and professional. Edited because my 2nd visit at lunchtime was not good. They were supposedly out of what I ordered. But, instead of telling me, they just gave me something different. When I questioned it and asked for what I ordered instead, they were not happy about being questioned. Food was still good, but the experience overall definitely went sour."

"Had an uber eats pick up for 3 sweet tea's. I had to cancel the order because no one acknowledge that I was there. The associate walked to the front to help two other customers but not once did she see if I needed help. Also she was rude to the other customers. Do better. The Augusta Rd location is far more better."

"We went through the drive thru this evening and ordered a very specific order. I'm assuming the guy taking the order just didn't hit the button to add the addon, which was fine. But when we mentioned it to the other worker they acted like we were trying to get over on them. As we were driving away he had the audacity to yell out for us to "pay for it". B we thought we had. The staff wasn't even paying attention the majority of the time, they tried to give us someone else's order in the beginning, twice. Then when we clarified what our order was we had to wait for them to complete two of the items. That's not an issue, the absolute attitude about us asking for what we ordered and then shouting like we were thieves was the issue. If you aren't happy working for the company get another job. Christ."

"Zero stars for this location and judging from all of the negative reviews I just read online your senior management staff needs to get involved. I two encountered rude employees and my food order was incorrect. I did Diane but I had to take my big Mac back. They made it incorrectly. Got a second one which was made correctly, but it tasted old like a cardboard box. Then the manager went and stood outside and smoked a cigarette which I had to walk through as I was leaving. This location is a joke I will never go here again!!! How could every single review about this location be horrible and yet senior management staff or franchise owner does not get involved. What a joke."
