"I stopped at this location this morning and no one answered over the drive thru speaker; however, the employee was standing outside smoking a cigarette and I saw her hide behind her SUV while I was waiting in the drive thru. I wasn’t able to order since the employee refused to work."

That's all I want is light ice in my drink and they never can do that right. Pulled to the window and sat there for another 10 minutes before being noticed. Was then told to pull back around and get back in line to order. Terrible service. Left and went somewhere else."
"This Dunkin donut location in my opinion could use a good cleaning and sanitizing. The floors were super sticky and so were the counter tops. The bathrooms weren’t clean either.
