"They are a joke. They are never open at the hours they say they are, the lobby is open half the time, half the time it’s not. They are always short staffed, so no matter how nice or polite you are, you will most likely have a problem with rude customer service. The frozen drinks and McFlurry machines are either always broken or they just don’t want to make it. I was desperate and there wasn’t really any other options around open and this was regrettable. The fries are about the ink thing that are ok, and that’s only if you’re able to get some fresh ones. But if you can avoid, I would."

"As far as McDonald's goes, this one was in the upper 10% for sure. There was clean. The food was fresh and hot and we were in and out in 5 minutes. 10/10 Would stop here again if I were going back to North Carolina to get another load of 350 Christmas trees."

"The food was good as usual and warm. The service was extremely slow. Our food came 23 minutes after we ordered. Another customer who was there before us asked for a refund after waiting 40 minutes. Trash on floors and dirty tables. Perhaps they were just under staffed."

"Just needed somewhere cool to sit. Ordered food! Food: hot and Semi fresh Employees: not friendly or helpful( I ordered without them saying not even more than 5 words) acted like it was awful to wait on customers. Took over 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the register. Lady cleaning the lobby: she was extremely friendly and hard working. She was the best employee dealing with lobby/front counter customers. Give her a raise!!!!"
