"Every time I come here the lack of service is some of the worse I've ever seen. Getting service is one thing, if and when someone actually answers me in the drive thru when i arrive. but if I have to hope to get food when I come during business hours it's a joke. It's not like I order much either. I don't ever come with a large group of people either. So it blows my mind that it takes over 20 minutes at the least to get a burger, fries and a drink. Can't say how many times when I come close to closing time (roughly 30 minutes before they close) and either no one picks up the speaker at the drive thru or I have someone with an attitude of annoyance like me showing up during business is wrong telling me they are closed like bro what?!"
"service zero. Waited for someone to even acknowledge my husband was even standing there for 15 minutes inside the restaurant. People came in behind him and left. What's going on with this place?"
"The lady at the drive thru was absolutely awesome from the start of taking my order and through giving me my food and telling me to have a nice day. Her customer service was top notch and she was not rushy but fast and efficient. The food was good as well. This was around 8:00 after a busy game night. She had on a burgundy shirt while the other wore black, maybe she was a manager."
