"We stopped here on our way home to the beach. What a welcomed change to most of the fast food restaurants today. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were all very polite and asked several times if we needed anything else or if they could help us with anything. Our food was made fresh, fries were hot. All tasted great. While we were eating, the district mngr came over and spoke with us to make sure all our needs were being taken care of. I was so impressed with this Hardees. It's been a while since I've seen a staff that genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and were happy to be at work. The greetings and "How y'all doing?" felt genuine and not just a feeling of needing to "fulfill my job obligations" kind of atmosphere. I highly recommend this Hardees. I don't usefully give such a high review, but this place truly earned it. And I should also mention that the bathrooms were super clean. That aspect alone means a lot when you're traveling. Thank you Mauldin Hardees. We'll be sure to visit again the next time we're in the area!!"

"I have gotten a lettuce wrap burger from Hardee’s for years. I came to the store tonight to get a lettuce wrap burger and the girl working the drive thru actually argued with me and said they don’t lettuce wrap and that she has been working there for years. I told her to ask the cook and of course he could do the lettuce wrap. This girl needs to learn respect and manners. She acted angry when I got to the window to pay because I was actually right and practically threw my debit card back at me. So unprofessional and I will not be back. I don’t know her name but she has black hair and worked the drive thru on 12/29 at 8pm."

"As per usual, their breakfast is always on point, and their lunch is pretty good too, so don't sleep in their burgers, kinda mad they don't have the turkey burger anymore"

"I stopped by this Hardee’s this morning and ordered the breakfast platter. I used the drive thru. Customer service was great but the food wasn’t . The gravy was so watery I couldn’t even eat my biscuit n gravy . It literally was like pouring liquid on my food. I was so disappointed!"
