"I came by the other day with the family. Everything went well until it was time to pay. The waitress ran my card and told me it was declined. I assumed it was a glitch and gave her a second card. Before she ran it, I checked my bank and showed her where there’s a pending charge on my first card, to which she didn’t reply and still ran my second card. I assumed after a few days, the charge would go away. A few days later, I called as the charge went through. They were very nice on the phone and told me to come back and they will make things right. I come in the following day to be told they can not double charge, and my bank is the one who made the mistake, not them. And that there is nothing they can do to help me. They were no help at all and rude. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation. Normally, I wouldn’t mind if it’s a small charge. But they ended up charging me over $80 for a $34 meal, as the first charge was a completely different total. I think they ran my card for someone else’s meal."

"Best Mexican spot in spartanburg and I stand by that. Other places might have a little better food some days but it's not consistent like broncos. I've been coming here since I was a kid and have NEVER had a bad experience. wait staff is so nice food is always amazing, slow lunch or slam packed dinner it's always fast, great, and friendly. Menu is awesome I'd even go out on a limb and say their Philly cheese steak Is the best around here too. Would love to see Birria on the menu someday, if they had birria I'd never go anywhere else again :p"

"The guacamole that is pictured was amazing. Food was hit and miss. Some things were really good. Some things were really terrible (chicken taquitos) service was slow but that may have been a language barrier. Margaritas were not good either, still to a beer if ur gonna drink. Like I said, wasn't great, but qasnt terrible. One thing I will say that was nice was the helping sizes were very good. You do get quite a bit of food."

"Enjoyed a yummy birthday dinner with my husband at Broncos tonight. Thank you for always having great service and delicious food! I had the Pollo Mexicano with cheese on top. It was hot and delicious!"

"I had the Bronco Pineapple Fajita and my wife had the Steak Quesadillas. Great steak and veggies cooked long and good. The pineapple slice in half w/ fajita on top was amazing. The chips and queso (REAL CHEESY & not watered down) was VERYYYY GOOD! The atmosphere is very nice, big space, and plenty of seating. We had a server on 9/17 (1st day on job) and she did a really great job and always asked if we needed anything which is really important (very caring). Thank you Bronco, see you soon!"
