Roma's Family Restaurant

"It had been years since I had eaten at Roma's. I now know why it has been years. The service was not welcoming, There seemed to be only one person waiting on the entire restaurant. The food, my goodness, I hate to say, but it was so bad we left it sitting on the table. When preparing any type of food, please do not use frozen or microwave food, especially in a sit-down restaurant with higher prices. I ordered chicken parm. The spaghetti noodles were overcooked, the chicken was chicken nuggets (over heated in a microwave), and the cheese had been microwaved over the entire dish. Sauce? There was none. It was absolutely the worst chicken parm I had ever seen. The cook/owner walked through the restaurant and asked me how everything was. Normally, i would say ok and leave it at that. I said it was not good at all. He said, "You didn't like it?" I said no, it was not good at all. He moaned and kept walking. When we went to pay at the register, the same person who waited on us also checked us out. She asked how everything was and I said it was horrible, especially the chicken parm. She did remove it from the bill, but only after I told her I left it sitting on the table. Maybe other dishes are much better....enough said."

"Very Clean, cute and quaint. The food was good and the service was great. I had the Chicken Souvlaki and my husband had the Hamburger steak with green beans and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were homemade :) The Chicken Souvlaki was good too, I just wish they would have added green peppers and cucumber to the tazaki. Otherwise, we were satisfied and would definitely recommend and return."

"The food was good. I ordered chicken tenders from child's menu so u only get 2 and a few fries. Came to over $9.50. The menu online says 5.50 plus the drink. Menu online should b corrected but even though the 2 tenders were good it's unfortunately too much to pay almost $10 for. I'll try another time but for something else"

"The spaghetti sauce tastes like chili mac, and there was a hint of cloves in it. Maybe that's your thing, but it wasn't ours. The wait staff was friendly, and the salad and garlic bread were good, but I just don't see how anyone could enjoy their recipe for spaghetti sauce. Also, the reviews saying the place was dirty aren't lying. It's not horrible, but it's not good either. I could forgive that, but they seriously need to take an objective look at the food they serve and use people's criticism as a tool to help improve it. They have potential, but for now I'd recommend finding somewhere else to eat."

"Do not eat from here! This place is nasty. The owner wouldn't refund my money for a molded roll. 08/07/2020. He offered me more food but after seeing this my appetite was ruined. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed because I'm a regular customer. Not after today!"
