"I was so excited for Chipotle to come to Mauldin. The first time my family came… they didn’t have cheese. No big deal. The second time… they didn’t have chips…. Okay…. My son convinced me to try again and they didn’t have chips again. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to request it in the app. Not sure I would even try going again."

"Avoid getting a to go order and go inside to get it made. The drive through always gets the order wrong. I got home with 90% of the bowl being sour cream and I mean that literally. I’m not sure who in their right mind made the bowl but they obviously had sour cream on their mind. After I got home I called twice to speak with an employee but no one answered. I drove back up there and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Not sure why they couldn’t answer the phone. The did remake the bowls but was very unapologetic and was quick to dismiss. Mauldin deserves better….."

"The coorporate management needs to come fix the issues at this location. The inside is always a disaster with overflowing trash cans. Our orders are either wrong or completely covered sour cream. We’re not ones to leave bad reviews, we try to leave good ones where we can but… due to extremely poor customer service, an atmosphere that’s a complete mess, and several unsatisfactory meals, I had to give this place one star. Not at all a pleasant experience and our family has always loved chipotle."

"I think it's hard to hear behind the counter because I ordered carnitas and the server insisted on giving me carne asada. I figured I would just try it but I was sorry because many of the few pieces I received were mostly fat. Even though I was charged more for the dish I didn't want. I did receive the carne asada badge, so there's that. Next time, I will be sure to order "the pork.""

"Food was great,service was not! Had the new Al Pastor Chicken burrito and it was really good and flavorful. I waited inside in a line for no less than 25 min with about 10 people in front of me. Employees seemed lost with only one guy who was knowledgeable about procedures and processes.I understand this is a newly opened store, but maybe some more training is necessary to make it a better experience for the customers. I have enjoyed Chipotle for many years in my hometown of Houston, Texas so I was excited to see this come to Mauldin. Please make service a priority, the food is already a winner."
