"Great place for a walk. Be sure to check out both sides of the park. Christmas lights were wonderful!"
"The Christmas lights were awesome. Magical effect of lights sparkling of the little river"
"I love this park ! It's my favorite to go to more than any other local park . It's always a nice scenic view , clean and kempt . It's always relaxing when I go , never anything crazy going on here. A lovely family park for everyone to enjoy."
"Needs a update on playground for kids. Swings are old and only ONE baby toddler swing. Even pressure washing it would help it to look better. Hopefully they will update the Christmas lights this year and add more to them for the kids to enjoy."
"It's unfortunate, the park is a really great asset to the community. It is time for a update. Every holiday season they put up Christmas lights for our community to enjoy. My children and I took a walk through the Little River walking path last night to enjoy the Christmas lights. We discovered several of the displays had been knocked down, not plugged in, or simply starting to show their age. I believe has a Lawrence City resident, it is time for reinvestment in our community. This isn't meant to be a political piece, however the park is starting to show its age, the lighting displays are in need of updates and repair, and the walking path needs to have updates to the concrete and drainage systems. For what it is, it is a great asset. For what it could be, additional taxable dollars and opportunities to grow our community."
