"-1 star, honestly. Make sure if you go to this location you double and triple check your order. Placed an online order 45 minutes before I got there, app said my order was ready so I went inside and got it from the pickup counter. Got back to my car only to find half my order was missing, including an entire family meal of 8-piece chicken and 8 piece tenders. I went back inside again to let them know i was missing things only to be greeted by a very sarcastic manager with an idgaf attitude. After I told him what was wrong, he "fixed" it. Got out to my car and order was still wrong because I was still missing my 8-piece bone-in chicken. Mind you, I paid almost $60 for this family meal with sides and a drink per person, and they gave me maybe $30 worth of food the first go around. Went back inside a third time and finally got the issue fixed but then got all the way home and it was of course...WRONG AGAIN. Extra crispy chicken was actually original recipe and clearly either overcooked or old judging by the dryness and soggynes of the breading. Will not be going to this location again."

"The only reason that I put one star is because of Rick Reid he decided he was going to do everything else in the store but help me the cook and the packer was working their buts off to get our food out and they were great and this happened at approximately 6:40 today so I do not appreciate the way that he was being"

"I've never had a good experience at this particular KFC / Long John silver's. You always have to wait for an eternity before you even get your food. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I ordered a fish dinner I got a Pepsi and four pieces of fish it's supposed to come with fish fries and hush puppies. Nobody at all said they were out of fries nobody at all said they were out of hush puppies so I just assumed I was getting a normal fish and fries meal. Unfortunately this seems to be the case every time I go there. And also I wasn't the only one waiting. The guy there before me was still waiting in the parking lot for his food when we had already been through the drive-thru and told to go park in a parking spot. Don't waste your money here."

"I stopped by this KFC on my way home from Greenville/Central. I ordered original 12 piece combo & asked for NO WINGS. I got home & the chicken was over cooked. It was 430PM. The chicken looked like it have been under the heat lamp since early that morning. The biscuits were too hard & small to eat. I called back the next day. I figured there wouldn't be a manager past 530-6PM the day I ordered my food. Also, I live close to the SC/Georgia line & it was not worth the drive back to Clemson to complain. I spoke to April the need day. She told me that she couldn't me any refund or a new combo meal without seeing the chicken. She, also, said that it was her first as manager. She gave her cellphone number so I could send her a photo of the chicken & my receipt. Also, they gave me 4 WINGS. We couldn't eat the wings because the skin on all the chicken was like leather & the meat was bone dry. Two of the wings looked like they came off of a parakeet. April never contacted me back. I wasn't looking for a refund nor free food. I guess they don't care a quality of food. Seriously, if you want chicken in Clemson, don't stop at KFC/LJS. They have a Bojangles & a Zaxby's. Heck, McDonald's chicken nuggets would have even been better. I will not eat here again. I have included a photo of the overcooked (burnt) chicken."

"What I ordered AND paid for: 2pc original ALL WHITE and a 2pc crispy all dark. What I got: 2 PC original, all dark, 2pc crispy all dark. The biscuit in these two meals were hard and tiny and half my order was wrong. You got two stars because the chicken, while WRONG, tasted fresh. And the tea was ok."
