"Return Visit on 1/24/24. Once again the food was absolutely great! And the service was outstanding! Alyssa has waited on us every time we have visited and she is so nice and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make our visit special! This Ruby Tuesday is one of the best ones I have ever visited. If you want a good place to eat, relax, and that has outstanding service, then you need to visit this one. Highly Recommended! Visited Ruby Tuesday in Clemson, SC on 1/4/24. Food was great and the salad bar was awesome!! The service was absolutely wonderful. Alyssa was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were good. She was very nice and we'll be asking for her to be our waitress on our future visits. Highly recommended!"

"The service/staff was great. They took great care of us. Plenty of refills, food came out hot and tasty.Our server was Alyssa. But we were also cared for by two others. The team effort was great. Huge improvement from two years ago!! Thank you."

"I was very disappointed!!! Ordered the full rack of ribs and fries. The full rack looked like half a rack, and the fries were cold. I also ordered the Parmisian chicken and broccoli with extra sauce. What I got was naked pasta with chicken and broccoli. It was supposed to take 16 minutes but ended up taking almost an hour. I called and spoke with James, the manager who was very apologetic. James offered to make things right, which was much appreciated. Thanks so much, James!!!"

"First time dining . We dined in for Thanksgiving! Salad bar was delicious! Entrees were steak with sides. Meat lovers pasta, salmon with the never ending salad and Signature Hamburger! Everyone enjoyed even down to the turtle cheesecake and strawberry topping cheesecake! Fabulous service Alisha checked on us several times and made fantastic suggestions! We look forward to coming back!"

"I ordered from Ridiculous burgers via Door dash, and it ended up being from Ruby Tuesday store #4214 . The food was TERRIBLE. Burger was overcooked, and tater tots were so overcooked that they were hard, and I couldn't even eat them! No condiments, napkins, or eating utensils were sent either."
