"We came in after church about 10:30 AM, and we had to wait to order as they had a technology issue. The assistant manager provided great customer service and very apologetic for our wait time that he even gave us a small discount. As we about to leave the restaurant, I realized I didn’t get my cookies we paid for. The team member was about to give me cookies that were no longer in service time. The assistant manager stepped in and gave us fresh ones. I don’t typically give reviews, but it’s uncommon for Zaxby’s to have CFA like customer service. Credit to the assistant manager!"

"Unfortunately my 27 minute wait in the drive thru wasn't worth it. I got the wrong drink and my cheese curds were under proportion compared to normal. Cold,soggy and oily. No ranch cup to dip in either."

"Absolute chaos. Went in to dine. No seats available, so my family went to wait in car. We ordered to go 40+ minutes waiting for 2 item order. Staff completely prioritized drive through. Family told me no more than 3 or 4 cars ever in drive through. There were people waiting 50 minutes inside for food. Never order inside. There were 20-30 people standing at counter waiting. My order is the Tom at 35:51 and this was not when I recieved my order."

"We ordered on the app and said our food would be ready by 12:22 pm but 25 minutes later it came out. The gentlemen working the counter was incredibly rude and even rolled their eyes at another customer. The dining room was nasty but no one seemed to care. I’ve attached a picture of the overflowing trash cans. Needless to say this location needs new management or new employees who have skills in customer service & care about the establishment."

"*EDIT* there were some improvements as far as I could tell, I may be wrong but I noticed some. But today I must’ve just got someone on a bad day I’m not sure. Wasn’t busy, maybe 4 cars in the parking lot and I was one of 2 cars in the drive thru. My sandwich had one whole bite of pickles. After rearranging them it was great. Service was quick, and no issues over the drive thru speaker, nothing missing from order. Still have yet to get my extra seasoning I request on my fries but it’s a work in progress I suppose."
