"Like everyone else says, this location has some serious problems in service. Additionally, the food quality has really gone downhill—might be this Anderson site or Pizza Hut in general. We’ve ordered pan style for years. On our past two orders, it was thinner and not crisp at all; it’s supposed to be similar to the consistency of their cheese sticks. Either this location keeps subbing out with hand tossed, the location keeps cooking it wrong, or Pizza Hut has changed their pan crust to be bland, thinner and flavorless. Number of toppings has been reduced again as well. PH has always been my favorite, but the quality has gone downhill to the point that frozen pizza is just as good and cheaper. And they can’t even touch Guy’s Pizza now."
