"My experience at this location, started off good and then I started getting warm pizza, bad attitude from the management that night and no refund. So, I stopped ordering from that location."

"I'd recommend buying pizza somewhere else as these prices are ridiculous for how little you get. Staff is Fast Food Oriented so expect fast food like service, Delivery is always a hassle especially if it's not through An App."

"Pizza I ordered was good. Did takeout and unfortunately, when we got home found that the Garlic sauce and Pepperoncini were not in the box. Box says it should be there and order label does as well but was not in the box."

"I've been ordering Papa Johns forever and have rarely had a problem. But they seem to make the pizza subpar when you use your papa points. Last night I ordered a XL Pizza and 18 wings. The wings were the wrong flavor and they have me a cheese pizza with a few pepperoni on it when I ordered a "The Meats". I used $30 in papa points. I called the store until I was tired of trying after working a 12 hour day. Today I went to their website to find out how to resolve this and it says you must reach someone at the store within 30 minutes of the pizza being delivered. FOH"

"This is my preferred Papa Johns by far. I love the workers. They're a great group of people, they make consistently great food, and they've never messed up any of my orders. And just look at the awesome job they did with my Jack O Lantern pizza. There were olives on the eyes, but I took them off. Lol. I'm charmed. Thank you guys for amazing service and delicious food!"
