The place to go to fill your belly and not empty your wallet The cashier was friendly and helpful she cordially took my order quickly and accurately I barely had time to sit and take in the pleasant atmosphere before I had to collect my order My order was prepared correctly Unfortunately I couldn't get a Huge burger Tray so I ordered a separate huge burger with bacon to go with my two burger trays Nonetheless I was very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of my food I will definitely eat here again and recommend it to my family and friends Best bang for your buck Also the milkshakes are pure bliss like happiness in a cup the only bad part is when you run out"

"A wonderful Christian diner atmosphere with cheap and delicious food. Their vast milkshake options means you will need several trips to fully experience the menu. The food was as advertised, "cook out" or off of the grill. Think a rustic steak n shake with much better prices and a greater variety of side dishes for your platter."

"Someone recommended this place so I had high expectations. The strawberry milkshake was good but everything else was poor quality. The hot dog was lukewarm, tough, and shriveled up, and the bun was a bit stale. The "chicken" quesadillas were awful. One didn't even have chicken in it! The beef burger had a nice flavor but it was shriveled and tough too. The tables and floor were very dirty, trash cans overflowing. I'll never return."

"As of the current date the dining room is open. like most places these days they have gone up on their prices but still maintain a pretty dang good deal. This particular visit was a bit of a disappointment in the fact that they put enough seasoning on my fries to do maybe five plates. They were getting busy and I was in a rush to get back to my mother-in-law who we take care of so I just opted did not to complain. The bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant. Cookout is ideally located on Clemson boulevard amongst all the stores and close to a Walmart as well as other eateries and coffees."
