"Beautiful park with many things to do. Has a dog park, walking trail, and features a large baseball stadium. Walking trail goes on for miles and has signs to point you to different areas of the trail. Dog park is average sized, with split sections for large and small dogs. Dog park has drinking stations for you and your pet. There is also a children's park that has swings, bars, and slides. Great place to go walking or sit on the swinging benches with family. Gorgeous scenery as well."
"Very well marked trails, including a paved path trail that stretches about a mile and a half through the preserve with very nice observation platforms throughout."
"Great place to walk, run, and bike! Bring your dog!"
"Absolutely love this place. I only wish there was a way to make people follow the rules of the park. No fishing. All dogs on a leash. Stay on marked trails. Walk bikes across all boardwalks. Don't litter, and yes this means your bag of dog poop you leave on the trail or toss into the bushes. Do not harass wildlife( including catching frogs and turtles) and don't disturb the plants or trees."
"Watch for SNAKES! I suggest pack a first aid kit, a basket, + snacks & water just in case. Took the 4 boys out to "breathe fresh air" & had a blast along all the trails. NOTE: DO NOT SWIM OR GET IN THE WATER. THE SEDIMENT IS CONTAMINATED. There is a warning on the website. We found mushrooms, sparkleberries, & tons of wild blackberries along with wildlife galore! Just remember to have fun & be prepared to explore a good bit."
