"Our family and friends came out on 2/10/24 to celebrate my god child’s birthday . DEFY cheated me out $26 dollars. They charged me for a total of 10 kids and I only had 8 kids. Theres no way I should have gotten charged for adults who were there to help supervise their kids. DEFY also cheated my god child out of a shirt . We had the EPIC package and a free shirt is included . Overall the kids did enjoy the trampling park ."

"Took my grandkids there today for the first time. The facility was clean and the workers were courteous. However, I thought the price was a little steep. I paid $44 for 2 1/2 hrs for one child admission and a pair of socks for the baby. (Kids under 2yrs is no charge). And the Snack and Go was severely over priced!!! And that’s all they served was extra small bags of chips, slurries, cotton candy, etc. So, if you go, eat first!"

"Had my little cousins birthday party here it was fine until it came time for the party time. The pizza was 45 mins late. Wasn’t even the pizza it was supposed to be. The entire place is ran by kids who have no training at all nor manners. My aunt is requesting a refund but was told the assistant manager couldn’t do it bc he is a young 19 year old. Which don’t even get me started on him. This place is good for jumping but DONT HAVE A PARTY HERE!!"

"Just enough bounce beds to keep kids engaged. Cud have included a few more varieties for kids' play besides bounce beds. It's costly if you want to have kids' birthday parties though."

"Worth the price. We went with the monthly membership (17.99) which is cheaper than the one day 90 minute (19.99). Just cancel the membership if you’re not planning on coming multiple times. But if you’re planning on going again, membership is a deal."
