"The managers have no clue how to be polite or considerate. I am sitting in the dining hall waiting to be interviewed. They all seem totally unconcerned that I am here. This is the third time I have been ignored when I came here for a job interview. What do you do to get noticed around here?"

"Absolutely the most horrible, ill respected, laziest workers I have ever met in my entire life. Doors locked to where you can’t even get in, no one was in the drive thru to even have someone else to take care of and made us wait 10 minutes to only get two COLD egg and cheese biscuits. This place needs to be shut down and these workers need to be fired."

"The so-called "manager" named Lovely is not management material. After I was given the wrong order, Lovely thought it was best to handle me as if I were begging for handouts! I paid real money for something she screwed up and didn't want to take responsibility for. She acted very ghetto - for lack of a better term. She definitely isnt giving Wendy's the right reputation. Horrible management skills! As long as Lovely is employed by Wendy's.... I will no longer eat there!"

"My meal was incorrect. I contacted the store to speak with the manager. The sandwich maker on staff 12/16/23 at 4:40pm- is whom answered and was extremely rude. Examples include her calling me out of my name over the phone, and when I came in to request my sandwich be replaced and made correctly.....she refused and attempted to argue with me. When I requested her name and to speak with a MANAGER on duty she refused to pass me to someone. I was so disappointed. I've NEVER been treated by someone with such a poor attitude at this location. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this Wendy's location-because of her behavior today. All I wanted was my meal to be made correctly even if it required me to pay more; I did NOT mind at all. But I was treated poorly as a customer. These are NOT the type of employees that need to be working for Wendy's to carry out Dave's Values in Customer Service. I would like for someone from the regional team to reach out to me personally regarding this incident and explain why people with this level of customer service is working for their organization."

"Disgusting food, and HORRIBLE customer service. I have reached out to corporate to place a complaint about the food temperature as well as the rude staff. According to the other reviews I see why they have a 3.5 out of 5. In my opinion a 3.5 is extremely high for the service as well as the food quality. The burger was burnt, and cold/hard as a brick. The chicken nuggets were not hot at all! I did not have high expectations based off on the drive-thru window experience with the manager. The entire establishment needs to be shut down for customer service training as well as sanitation and food quality control. I ended up trashing the entire meal. Waste of time and $13.00 for slop."
