"The food here is a major rip-off. Ordered a ranch crispy chicken wrap. One little over cooked piece of chicken, 2 shreds of lettuce, and a drip of sauce. Seriously? It was nasty. Order a thing of hush puppies, and you get 3 bites. I used to get a good handful. The employees all act like you're bothering them. It's not worth the money for the high school cafeteria food you're getting."

"We live close by, My husband and I stop by for late dinners some times. It is hit-or-miss in our experience. We’ve had things from cold cheescurds and fires to missing entire order of fried chicken. But usually things are pretty ok. Seems like quality is inconsistent and depends on who is working. Milkshakes always taste great. And ALWAYS double check you got your whole order before leaving parking lot. When it’s good its 9/10 when its not 3-5/10 The photo is a walking taco, smashed way way beyond lightly “crushed” . The burger was super bland and hardly any fries on my husbands plate. He had eaten 1 before the photo. One of the few bad ones. Will we go back? Probably yes. Will we double check everything? EVERY-TIME. They are good about fixing stuff if you ask( or catch it) this time we got all the way home before realizing and were to exhausted to go back but oh the disappointment"

"I appreciate that this place is open late at night, when everything else is closed. Food is very hit or miss. Burgers are often cold and it's a gamble whether, for a double patty, the cheese will be included on both patties. Portions are often skimpy - I've ordered onion rings as a tray side and seriously been given only 2-3 rings, multiple times. Chicken strips can be TINY. Included picture is from tonight's order of a chicken strips tray - two of the strips are literally thumb size, not any bigger than a hush puppy. Second time this has happened - who looks at the size of these strips and thinks, "yeah, that looks like a main portion"?! Very hard not to feel ripped off by this. Cook Out used to be a good deal but it isn't any longer."
