"I went through the drive through. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 30 seconds to ensure the food is what you ordered. I requested and paid for a Chipotle chicken panini and bowl of tomato soup. I got a cup of broccoli Cheddar soup and a cup of some sort of noodle soup instead. Granted, they are both delicious. Just not what I ordered. Didn't discover til I got home. The staff was very friendly. Thanks!"

"Wednesday 17 January at 3pm. Ordered drive through turkey sandwiches. The manager and staff were outstanding. I'm shocked. These sandwiches were the best sandwiches I've had."

"The service and quality has been going downhill for a while now, at almost every single location. The lemonade stand drinks are consistently "sour" and moldy. What is the point of doing the sip club if the quality of drinks keeps getting worse? I'm not going to comment on the "coffee". Today I received my order, and the soup spoon was visibly dirty, as if it had not been washed. Then I had to ask for a plastic spoon (waited for someone to pay attention to me), because none were available. Tables are almost never wiped, at least the wipes are accessible."

"This store is bright and cheerful. Friendly and fresh unlike the Haywood Rd store that needs a remodel badly. Our visit was lovely. We were greeted by Elizabeth, she made our day. This lovey lady made us feel welcome and really made our visit enjoyable. We will be back. Great job, beautiful store."
