Although, because of the amazing service i have experienced from many chickfilas i have been too, not quite the best service i have had from a chick-fil-a, but it might just be i have high expectations from all the other amazing chickfilas i have been too! Overall a great food spot!"

"As we were leaving the drive-through, the manager comes running after us, letting us know that they forgot to put the chicken strips in our bag. We were literally on the main street and he flags us down. I could not believe the hospitality and energy I saw on the manger trying to make everything right. HIGHLY IMPRESSED."

"Have NEVER had a problem at any chic fil a until now. My son graduated high school today and he chose chic fil a for dinner after the ceremony lol. So we spent almost $90 on the entire family. The nuggets look burnt to me but at the very least their grease is def old. The taste DEFINITELY was NOT chic fil a caliber. Very disappointed . Mayb expect too much... I dunno chic fil a just always stood at a higher level then any other fast food.... McDonald's nuggets would have been better tonight."

"The quality of the food and service seem to be dropping these last couple months. Today was the third time in a row our fries were half empty, barely warm, and not crispy. Also, my sandwich top bun was in two pieces, they had to see that when they assembled it, seriously. That's just not carrying about the customer experience. It's disappointing because we love the food and the brand and are thankful for the friendly, high quality food and service they normally give. (Order number 7979)"
