"I went and got med fries and milkshake i paid with apple pay, it took a card i did not want it to take, so i asked if there is a way i can get a refund for it and re-purchase off another card. The manager who was there was so in a rush and did not care she didn’t listen to what i was asking/telling her and she charge me twice for the meal i didnt make a big deal because it was only 7.97 but if she would of took the time to listen and make it right then my review would be 5 stars. im very disappointed"

"Consistently forget half of your items. Today my sandwhich was greasy,soggy, and not hot. The fries were downtight old and cold. And they still forgot half my order. It was less that 5 min from them placing it in the bag to me opening it they had to have placed old food in the bag"

"Very disappointed because i have now tried contacting customer support on an issue i had on 11/13 and no one has reached out to me. the employees there are always friendly however i ordered 4 chicken strips and what i got was just beyond me. if you are out of a product you could let me know or refund me but don’t do something as absurd as what i experienced. i got two strips and a few nuggets. i will attach a picture but i cannot return to cfa until someone resolves this issue. i’ve contacted customer support three times now and nothing."

"Slowest chick-fil-a drive-through I've ever been in. The employees did not present the typical "My pleasure" attitude that I have come to expect. On a different day, this breakfast visit would have caused me to be late for work."
