"Not very impressed with this Ingles. I usually enjoy coming to Ingles due to the great design and layout of the store, but the employees can really turn you off. I have been here numerous times and the customer service has been abysmal. I understand that workers are people too, but this is your job. I had to get something from one of the booths and the service was bad, I got yelled at for asking questions, and was an entirely uncomfortable experience. This has been a constant with this place. With such a great layout and design of a store, you'd expect better customer service, but I guess not apparently."
"I did not realize I didn’t have enough money so this super sweet lady by the name of Shay on register 15 went in her purse and gave me two extra dollars to be able to complete my order. This was very nice of her because she didn’t have to do that for me. The customer service experience today was wonderful."
