Taco’n Madre Grill

"Worst Mexican food I’ve had in my life ! Very lame & minimal but still overpriced. Nachos were meat and cheese over a small small amount of chips...nothing else. The other dish was simply riced mixed with queso topped with salty over cooked chicken…$27 ! No toppings or Extras in any way! People not friendly either, felt as though we were bothering them. I asked for pico and was charged extra but had to toss it cause it was so old. -Not sure how any positive reviews exist...possibly family ??? -Food always so crummy or is it because I mentioned we were just passing through ???"

"Totally decent Mexican food, but nothing special. Comparing the entrees with the barbecue place across the street, the prices are similar, but that place is far, far better. Here, the entrees are swimming in queso, which is obviously yummy. If you're in the area and jonesing for Mexican, this place is totally satisfactory. Otherwise, Spotted Pig is a better choice."

"First time here. I asked for a veggie burrito and it was no problem. The others had shrimp tacos and loved them too. Nice to see a new choice in this area of limited restaurants. They have picnic tables and drinks but not alcohol. Fast friendly service"

"We were so excited to see a taco truck so close to the lake, and it was just what we were craving for dinner. The steak street tacos and fajitas were flavorful and juicy and really hit the spot. Delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere with lots of options."
