"My 2 daughters and I went into the dining room to order dinner. After waiting for about 7 or 8 minutes and not one person acknowledged us we decided to go through the drive thru. The lady who took our order was extremely loud and rude. And when I mentioned we had been in the dining room before coming to the drive thru she actually called me a liar... so at this point I ask for the manager. And she responded with "I am the manager and there's nothing you need to see me about" I finally was able to get her name which was April. I will not go back 3never been cussed at by someone who was supposed to be in the customer service industry. Let alone someone in management. And then the Icing on the cake was when she just tossed my food into my car and closed the window to the drive thru instantly. THEY HAVE TO GET HER GONE!! I won't be back and if that's her usual service style I can't imagine anyone will keep going there."

"Food was hot and made quickly, it was good but the accuracy of the order was atrocious, asked for no sour cream on anything, sour cream was on everything. Ordered fiesta potatoes, got the cheese for them but no potatoes."

"The place is real hard to get into, It's like they don't want your business or something. A employee must not have had a babysitter because her 2 wild children were in the lobby making a mess of things. Licking the windows, throwing stuff everywhere, making a food and drink mess. Also, I could not place my order at the front register and that sucks. You should be able to choose how you order inside. Finally, The food was unwrapped in the bag (picture shown) when I received it. Doubt I will be back."

"$15 for a combo with 2 cahlupas, a hard taco and a drink. Unbelievable. Had to order from a computer screen. Then no option to print a ticket... Only email or text with the opt-in preselected of course. Won't be back."

"I ordered two party packs in the drive thru. The employee said to come inside and pay because it was going to take a while. I asked how long will it take. He seemed to misunderstood me and kept repeating that it will take a while and raised his attitude. I asked how long it will take for the second time and he yelled “I don’t know, your ordering two packs”. I only ordered one pack since he seemed annoyed that I asked twice for the waiting time. Another employee had to attended because i don’t think the person who I spoke to wanted to attend me. On top of that they got my order wrong. I asked for half tacos and half burritos. I had to go to another Taco Bell to order the second party pack. I don’t recommend anyone going to this location because of bad customer service and they get your orders wrong. I tried coming here 3 times to see if it had any change but it seems to be the same."
